By accessing this website or placing an order with Raw Remedy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and all policies listed on our website.
ORDERS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
ā¢ Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, pricing, processing times, preorder status, and policies before completing a purchase.
ā¢ Raw hair is a natural product. Slight variations in texture, curl pattern, color, and appearance may occur between bundles.
ā¢ Raw Remedy reserves the right to update product pricing, availability, descriptions, processing times, and store policies when necessary.
PROCESSING & PREORDERS
ā¢ Processing and shipping times are separate.
ā¢ Preorder items are subject to the processing timeline disclosed at the time of purchase.
ā¢ By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the product is not immediately available and agree to the applicable preorder terms.
ā¢ Preorder cancellations are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. Any approved exchanges, order issues, or cancellation requests are subject to the requirements and timeframes stated in our Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Raw Remedy is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside of our control after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete details.
HAIR CARE & PRODUCT USE
Raw Remedy is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, excessive heat, improper maintenance, or misuse of our products. Proper care and maintenance are the customerās responsibility.
PAYMENTS & FRAUD
All payments must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Raw Remedy reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or other suspicious activity.
Fraudulent claims and unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using available order, payment, shipping, tracking, and customer communication records.
AGREEMENT TO STORE POLICIES
By completing a purchase with Raw Remedy, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the product information and applicable store policies. Your purchase is subject to our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies displayed on our website.
